Today I want to tell You about how can we prevent ourself from corona virus from our Indian Herb that is Turmeric and its benefits which we use daily in our kitchen
(Indian) while cooking.
So first of all I want to tell that turmeric has most important nutritional properties in it and is used all over the world in making medicine. Also we have Haldi rasam(tradition to apply Haldi(turmeric) on Bride or Groom skin )before marriage in India for it is said that putting turmeric make your skin glow .
But for other nutrition purpose for our whole body only turmeric is not sufficient the fact is only turmeric alone is not sufficient for full benefit as we directly cant consume it and for most health benefits we have to take it in the form of curcumin which have full medicine properties and is extract from turmeric (Indian Herb).
