Hey what vitamin you did not eat today friends? Do you know these are the things which help to grow our body also called substances? Good vitamins we can consume for our body are mostly found in fruits and vegetable. There are several types of vitamins which is necessary to build our body. Mostly these are divided into two parts .

2-Water soluble vitamins

But as we all are busy in our day to day life ,we forget that we are eating or consuming in our body is nutritive or not. So we don’t put much attention on our diet.

These are the vitamins which can be stored in our body for long time after consuming it. It is store in our fatty tissues which can be consumed in when water soluble vitamins are not in use or not stored.

Water soluble Vitamins

These are the vitamins which are not store in our body .We can get it when consumed and than we have to take it again as per requirement of our body.

You know when a person consumes proper vitamins on daily basis he / she always be active and energetic in their day to day work like  managing home ,going to office, travelling somewhere but if he /she is cutting his / her vitamins in any way or not taking proper vitamins like vitamin A ,Vitamin B Vitamin C  Vitamin D  he/she may be feeling very dull and sleepy every day and cannot work properly I myself have experienced it .

We can always keep us as a priority to be healthy and fit. So, it is never too late.

We can have our vitamins and nutrition naturally in many ways and its always good to have natural source of vitamins and nutrition in our diet.

Nature gives us all that we need in our body like it gives us trees and plants to eat fruits and vegetable from it and fulfill our vitamins and nutrition needs from it .It gives us grains and pulses  farmer grow it in fields and farms.

You know my mom always motivate me to take natural vitamins and nutrition as much as possible when I was a kid and now, I know why she insist me so much because plant-based foods always nourish our body in natural way without any side effects easily available and cost effective.

Source of Vitamin A

Vitamin A can be found naturally in Milk, Eggs, Green Leafy Vegetables, Carrots Sweet Potatoes. These are some of the example and it’s a natural source we get from nature like trees, plants and few are given naturally by animals. So do you like taking vitamin A in your diet if not you should consume it on regular basis to fulfill your need to make your vision healthy and to make our immune system better. It also helps your heart, lungs, Kidneys and other organs work properly.

Source of Vitamin B

Do you know when we keep beans and whole grain products in our plate which vitamin we are consuming? We can have different sources of Vitamin B from different grains and products like Beans, whole grain, Cheese ,Milk, Almonds ,Seeds like sunflower seeds .citrus fruits ,Avocados ,Bananas ,Dark green vegetables like spinach, broccoli .

Vitamin C is found mostly in all Citrus fruits, Berries, Tomatoes, Brussels Sprout Cauliflower, Red and Green Bell peppers and they all are yummy to eat raw .Other than few of it. Vitamin C is very popular to help building our immune system.

Natural source of Vitamin D is sun and we all know that and we use play a lot in sun when we were kids .Doctor always say walk in sun for few min is good for your health and that is because of vitamin D we get from it .Other sources of vitamin D  are milk Cheese ,eggs . Vitamin D role is to maintain bone health and process calcium in our body.

Sources of vitamin E

Vitamin E is also one of the essential vitamin for our body and is found in Green leafy vegetables ,In Almonds and oil like sunflower ,canola and soybean . The role of vitamin E is to help protect cells from damages .
