Winter Vegetable salad Recepie for your health and glowing skin

 Hey friends its december now and we are already enjoying our winters. I personally enjoy winter season very much not just because its holiday time but also because nature give us variety of fruits and vegetable for our health benefits in this season . One of the best thing i love in winters is salad i learn to eat it since childhood ,which has great health benefits specially to increase our hemoglobin and i was given this salad by my mom because of my low hemoglobin . Hemoglobin intantly increases by this amazing salad .Today i will tell you the recepie of this salad and we can have it daily .








Winter Vegetable Salad Recepie 

Serving 3-4 person




  • Take a big bowl
  • Take one carrot and grate it
  • One raddish grated
  • One cucumber small chopped
  • Half beetroot grated
  • One tomato small chopped
  • One small chopped onion 
  • 6-7 Small chopped leaves of spinach 
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Few finally choped corriander leaves 
  • Half lemon 
  • Salt as per taste 
  • Black pepper as per taste 


Now mix all things together in a big bowl with the help of a spoon or spatula and its ready to serve, you can add any seasoning as per your taste and choice , you can have this salad daily for your good health as its having good combination of vitamins .
