Puffed Rice Healthy Snack Recipe
- A pan to cook
- Half teaspoon Butter or Ghee (Clarified Butter) to roast
- One bowl puffed rice (as per your requirement )
- 2 Table spoon Roasted Black Chickpea
- Turmeric (Optional)
- Salt
Take a pan and put half a teaspoon of Ghee / Butter in a pan, then put one bowl of puffed rice in it and roast for 5 minutes. After that put 2 tablespoons of black chickpea (roasted)and cook for a few more minutes. Add a few pinches of turmeric powder and salt as per your taste in it. Let it be a little cool so it gets crisp and taste better when you eat it.
Transfer it to the serving bowl. It's ready to eat. Enjoy !!!
