Quinoa Salad recipe

 





Hey friends how are you doing today? What are you cooking today for your dinner?

Something special? Well, I am cooking quinoa salad for myself.

Let's start with it ...


Ingredients :


1.Take one cup of cooked quinoa 

(Take one of quinoa with 2 cups of water and cook it )

2.one Grated carrot 

3.one Chopped cucumber

4.Half Yellow Chopped or small sliced bell pepper (Optional)

5.Half Red bell pepper Chopped or small sliced

6.Cooked Corn as per your wish (Optional)

7. Indian Cheese 5-6 small cubes 

8.Salt as per your taste 

9.Black Pepper as per your taste 

10.Maple syrup or honey (optional )


You can also add any other vegetable of your choice 

Squeeze a little lemon for a better taste 


Mix all the ingredients 


It's ready to eat ....😋
